The Inn boasts a restaurant (famous for its chicken dinners), an indoor water park, and lots of amenities.
Reservations
Rooms are $155.00 per night (not including state and county taxes and city assessment). A limited number of family suites are available at $225/night (also not including state and county taxes and city assessment).
There is an additional dog fee of $100.00. $75.00 of the fee is refundable after room inspection.
There is a 4-dog limit per room.
One night’s lodging is due with registration as a deposit. If you need to cancel, the deposit is refundable if you cancel 30 days or more before your arrival date.
Updates and Confirmations
The Bavarian Inn has sent out confirmation emails to everyone. If you haven’t seen yours you may want to check your spam or contact the hotel and they will be happy to resend. Adjustments to your reservation can be made through September 10th.
Hybrid and EV drivers: There are charging stations for hybrid/electric vehicles within walking distance of the hotel.
How to Reserve Your Room
The Bavarian Inn Lodge requires you to fill out a pre-printed reservation form with each reservation. You may email, snail mail, or even fax your form to them.

Reservations will be processed in the order in which they are received, starting at 8:00 AM ET on December 7. Note that it might take up to 30 days before you receive your confirmation email. Humans are processing everything, and they can only go as quickly as they can go.
Show Venue
Conformation, obedience & rally, and grooming will all take place in the Harvey Kern Community Pavilion, which is adjacent to the host hotel. The distance between the two is 0.3 miles, or about a 6-minute walk.
